Looks really close.

That's not a Mini. That's one of those Chinese knockoffs.

Re: Car Replicas

I did a 2014 Ford Fusion replica! It's a weird one because the 4-door bodyshell is just such a different shape than the Ford's, and the taillights are not perfectly accurate. That being said, it was a challenging and fun replica to do! Here's a preview:

I made this replica in today's Automation episode on my Youtube channel, you're welcome to check out the full video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjstnFLEtpY

Re: Car Replicas

With the new saloon bodyshell, the first car i really wanted to replicate was the Jaguar XF because i love it. So i did :)

I also made a video on how to do it, and you're welcome to watch it :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O198Q0n6cI0

It is an all-aluminum design which, while still a pushrod engine, boasts variable valve timing. The system adjusts both intake and exhaust timing between two settings. This engine reported to generate 455 bhp on gasoline via direct fuel injection, increased compression ratio to 11.5:1, and a modified engine controller.

Re: Car Replicas

Here's a replica that some people on Youtube wanted me to do, so i thought i'd share it here on the forums as well :) It's my attempt of building a McLaren P1. And i'm sorry if this disappoints you, but this is the best i could do with the currently available fixtures. Also, since there's no electric motors in the game yet, this has a 3.8L twin-turbo V8 with 916hp because that's the combined amount of power that the real P1 has if i remember correctly.

And here's how to do it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xymwa2UtELk

Also, as i keep saying in the video: feel free to try and do it better, i'd be excited to see how you guys do it! :)

Tom
