Challenge: Lowest Economy of a Technically running engine.

I was wondering what the lowest possible economy of a engine that will still start (MTBF not withstanding) is. I managed .10 Percent  . Can You beat me?

In a heavy car that is as bad as it is, it gets a frugal 0.3 MPG

This one has the advantage of running for a while. If I get rid of the rich warning i think it will run at like 6% economy.

And the turbo model. It reads 0.00% but it still registered a lb/(hph) value. and worse and that will also be zero so I didn't count it.
