Green engines + power = Orange

I got a bit tired of making boring green engines that will give my cars a 15s 0-100km/h, or more powerful engines that will give me a 6s 0-100km/h, but I will need to work overtime just to pay for the fuel . I combined the Green and Red type engines to create those two that I made with a simple objective, incredible fuel economy for cruise speed, and lots of power that can be used at will without affecting fuel economy drastically even at the cut-off RPM range.

All standard 2013 tech level (except for turbo), I just wish that I could make something like the Ecoboost engines, making the turbo spool before 3k RPM drastically changes the high rev consumption and performance. Anyway, the sub 200g-kW/h power range should produce enough power for highway cruise (or I hope it does at least )
