Design Challenge 1.0L NA I4

Goal:
- Highest HP
- Lowest weight

Rules:
- Max displacement 1000cc
- Naturally aspirated
- Race parts are allowed
- No magnesium Blocks
- Max exhaust diameter 2.0"
- Must have a muffler, but bypass valves are allowed

I can't seem to take a screenshot of mine for some reason, PrtSc captures the desktop, but here are my numbers:

148HP@ 9400 RPM
89.2 ft-lbs @8100 RPM
64.16 kg

You didn't mention year so I left it at 2013. I also assumed standard quality settings.
