6.2L Performance V8
Hey guys, here is a 6.2L V8 that's supposed to go into a sports car, maybe a sports GT or so. The headlines are: obviously it neets power and torque, but it should also be reliable because it's actually for a road car that you could use every day. It's the one i'd put into my Peregrine (some of you might have seen it in my car design thread).
What i like about this engine setup is that you get 500+ Nm right from the start, then it climbs up and from 4000RPM on you get 700+ Nm and it never drops! The peak is 734 Nm at 6500RPM. Normally when the peak torque is that high, the engine is really unusable but i feel this is quite a nice engine for a sports car cause you always, and i mean AlWAYS have enough torque for all your requirements.
