Highest Power Outputs

So i also got the Work done whit the inline 4 and 6 engines.

So here is the result of that.

Inline 4: 1963 HP and 1868 NM



Inline 6: 1976 HP and 3001 NM. But i wunder why i cant get more power out of it. Only 13 HP more than the inline 4 and the inline 6 has around 2.7 liters more capacety. So technically it shut be possible to get more power from it.



Now i so just need some new engine types to play whit...

The turbo of the Inline 6 is definitely not set up properly, either too small or too low A/R-ratio.

Any other setting of the turbo on the inline 6 results in less power?

Setting are Compressor 100.8 MM (Max), Turbine 81 MM , A/R ratio 1.40 and 3 bars boost. Any suggestion?

What ever i try or do. settings above gives the most power. The turbo is more or less as big it can get and A/R ratio is at max.

I tried it myself and you are right: The turbo cannot be made big enough to feed so much more capacity in comparison to the inline 4 engine. Basically you can only fit the same turbo on the inline 4 and the inline 6, so the resulting power output is nearly the same. A twin turbo setup would solve the issue, but we gotta wait for that to come. In addition to that, the exhaust is limiting heavily, too.

I´m glad we can agreed. And yes i need some twin or a bigger single turbo setup and dual exhaust. before that, no more power out of that inline 6.

We can just hope developers come up whit some thing like that later on in the game.

I have being working my ass of fine tuning my engines and here is the result. No engine is now under 2000 HP. starting af 2069 HP and tops at 3692 HP.
Sadly the the single turbo on the inline 6 is to small to really get the power out of the engine, so it is sadly the weakest of all the engines. So i have working whit the inline 6 engine so get power from it at low RPM and more reliable and i will say that have being done.

So here are the results.

Inline 4: before 1963 HP and now 2115 HP.



Inline 6: before 1976 HP @ 7900 RPM and 0 MTBF. Now 2069 HP @ 5300 and 3230 MTBF. so both more powerful and more reliable. A desent improvement i will say.



V8 crossplane: Before 3544 HP and now 3664 HP



V8 flatplane: Before 3637 and now 3692 HP



So can any one beat this?

I'm missing boost from my I4, Peaks at 1.93bar and thats it. Its set to 2.6Bar....

So my I4 only makes 1952.23hp.

Great Job whit that engine. i dit not manage to get more horsepower than you, but i dit get more torque than you.

To all: This is what i belive to be the last engine update whit this game version. I think i have manage to get all the power from all engines there is possible to get or else so close as it can get and i can se some people not can get the engine to be those monsters i and other can make. So dont forget to scroll Down in my thread, there is a bonus for you waiting.

Alright my updated engines what i belive to be as god as it gets. Not much more power, but every single HP caunts i the race for max power.

I4 from 2115 to 2118 Hp


I6 from 2069 to 2073 HP


V8 crossplane from 3664 to 3665 HP. Not much i now.


V8 flatplane from 3692 to 3694 HP. Deskjetser as you can se i havent manage to beat the HP but only equal it, but about torque i beat you.

Sorry, you only matched me, you've made a carbon copy of an engine I made almost immediately after I had finished the one I posted here. I did not post it because it was pointless improvement, and I did not want to gloat.

Here is the proof, take a look at the last modified date. You haven't beaten me, my friend

so we are even. I think its gonna be hard to get any more power from this engine. We are on the limit now.

But it would be fun to play whit some more extreme and explosive stuff like methanol, some Nitrous Oxide and twin charging (combined turbo and supercharging).

So can we hit 3696 HP or more.

Personally I'd like to see a V8 with quad turbos, dual superchargers and with a butt load of N20 injected into it whenever it goes past 6000rpm. MUWUAHAHAHAHAHA
