It's the creation from hell of the Technik Museum Sinsheim (Germany) around the BMW V12 engine that powered f.e. the famous Dornier Do J II Wal or the Heinkel He-111. The numbers:

Name: BMW Flugmotor VI
Production cycle: 1926 - 1937
Type: V12 60° | 2 Valves per cylinder | upright shaft | overhead camshaft
Displacement: 46.92 litres
Horsepower: continous 585 hp @1350 rpm | short high power 750 hp @1700 rpm
Torque: 2600 nm
Ignition: 2 sparkplugs per cylinder, Bosch double magneto
