This is my modified Peugeot 106 Rallye. Stock 1597cc engine block, turbocharged with a size 30/76 Turbocharger. With 1 bar pressure, it produces 298bhp. (554bhp with 2 bar pressure, 411Nm torque with 1.4 bar)

I'm sorry, 298hp in a 106 is plenty but 554? Jesus Christ man, that's fantastic.

I only have 2 questions:
A) Is it street legal?
B) How much torque steer does it have?

a) Definitely not :P
b) The car is actually made for drag racing. It's impossible to steer the car with even half the throttle opened. The car is lightened to 600kg, and without slicks, there's no reason to hit the throttle above 1/3 even when running in 3rd gear.

554 hp @ 600 kg? Even a Veyron gonna wet itself on that one.

A Veyron? Given that thing tips the scales at like 1880kg, even running 1 bar the 106 will nearly match its power:weight ratio... at 2 bar though, you're getting past Koenigsegg CCX and Zonda R levels...

Well, what people often forget to incalculate with power to weight is driver's weight, so you'd end up at around 660-700 kg
