Yep not bad, my 6.6 Duramax with the max tune gets 16mpg, if I switch to Economy(lol) it gets 21mpg. My Corolla gets 32mpg. BTW Thats a nice Chevy, up here we get the Cheyenne edition which looks similar.

That's not too bad for a duramax, my dad's 2007.5 5.9 cummins can get 21-22 on the highway with the stock tune. Thank ya sir I didn't know y'all got the Cheyenne? I assumed it was only in Mexico.

Yep we got it up here too, and those Cummins are great engines, I had a 1999 Cummins before the duramax, hit 600,000kms before the rust killed her. If you missed my "Rides" thread heres my GMC

Yes I've seen your truck, fantastic if I say so myself! and I had a buddy with a 1994 Cummins that had 950k miles on it. Damn things run forever. My dads truck it's even to 80k yet

Fuel is $1.7-1.8/Litre and our government just announced a new fuel tax -.- , 22mpg is scary as hell

And here I thought 16 mpg was good on my F150 Lariat! Imagine them when they were carburated with a 3 speed rather than mpefi with a 6 speed! We were lucky to get 10

Hahaha my uncles 85 Cheyenne gets around 14 mpg. That's with a 350 with a 4 barrel carburetor and a turbo 400 transmission, not too shabby.

With every car having to be converted to RHD privately by the importer at an average $40k-$50k plus transport costs, government taxes and then the mark up for profit American vehicles are very rare here... almost every 2010+ model American truck and sports car has a base price of around $100k becuase or rarity. The same year Local car with LsX v8 cost around $20k haha

Well yes, maybe but it is way bigger than here, and i wouldn't want to pay tips or healthcare, just because the government uses it for the army.

Maybe, but I have the 3.73 with the 5.4, with the towing package, with the full cab and 6.5 foot bed; biggest and heaviest possible with the shortest gearing and 4WD.

Little tip: When giving the truck to your wife to drive, remember to unlock the diffs! She didn't know how to unlock them and wondered why the tires squealed and the turning circle was so bad I'm lucky the thing got away with 3 hours of driving on roads with locked diffs and 4wd without any problem!
