My 240sx & MR2
First up a little history. I've owned 7 240's..but my first real project car was a 91 hatchback:

"ending point"
demise...elderly driver pulled out in front of me, totaled the car and left me with some unpleasant injuries
About a year later I decided to pick up another project car..was able to buy back the car that was totaled so I had a nice parts car..but a rough shell that had some front unibody damage and was missing most of the firewall

Work done:
95 KA24DE
Chromolly Flywheel/Upgraded clutch
Ported/Polished Intake/Head
Equal length header - Magnaflow Race series Exhuast
Lightened chassis, all unnecessary insulation, hangers bracketry, emissions equpiment ect removed. Car weighs in at 2400lb with low fuel and driver.
All new suspension arms (OEM) and bushings
Stance GR+ Coilovers
XXR 962 wheels currently with Nitto Invo tires, waiting on Federal 595 RS-R to come in stock to replace.
Home Done paint job (firemist red) done in my driveway
I use the car primarily for SCCA Autocross in the STX class. That's right..a 240 person that doesn't drift! It's fairly competitive but overall very outclassed, it should be an STC car but due to lack of entries in STC I bump myself up to STX.
I also currently have a 95 S14 240sx..bought as a shell, it's been a total disaster of a build. Just trying to make a nice daily driver, but its fought me every step of the way
