time to whip that out and do a full rebuilt! :D

I know its a pain in the arse but after the rebuild u'll know you got a 100% engine and imho theres no better feeling

Oohhhh.. last time I heard that it was after a track day on slightly too low oil, and it resulted in some very melted rod bearings.
