I'll call that correct.

Actually the bumper/spoiler assembly in the picture belongs to a regular Aerobody Callaway Corvette; the complete bodykit was optionally available for Twin Turbo Corvettes as sold through the official Chevy dealer network. But it's practically the same front bumper/spoiler as on the Sledgehammer prototype even though the rest of the bodykit was slightly different.

Not a Fiat nor a Lancia.

The car's American, but in a way, a bit Italian as well.
