I never saw an engine like this.
Maximum torque at 10,000 RPM.
Maximum power at 10,100 RPM.

Yeah, that can indeed happen if it makes a bunch of torque at high RPM then suddenly drops off. The next version will make torque curves like that a bit more natural though.
