EPISODE III
Gordon and Scorpion were still fighting. The exhaust fumes were filling the area, and Scorpion's flameslowly faded away. However, he quickly opened the door and turned the ventilation system on, the fumes could be seen quickly dispersing, and the posters could be heard flapping in the wind generating. This however, has given time to Gordon to retrieve his gun. He aimed it at Scorpion, and fired, like, ten bullets. Scorpion did not even flinch, and pulled off a nice, nice combo, featuring a kunai stab, and ending with an air throw. He then teleported behind Freeman, trying to hellfire punch him, just as Gordon hired a grenade from his MP5 at him. Due to the teleport, the explosive has hit the running engine instead of Scorpion. That, and some Michael Bay writing magic, caused the engine to explode. The HEV suit protected both Freeman (since he was in the suit) and Scorpion (since Gordon stood between him and the engine). However, flying debris, a conrod more accuratedly has struck Freeman's stomach, going through the suit and going straight into the abdominal cavity, though a bit was still sticking out.
-Foreign body detected! Blood loss detected! Seek medical attention! - Gordon has then pulled the conrod off his body - Morphine administered!
-No, my artifact of power...
-Wait, did you hear that? - Scorpion asked.
Gordon did not answer Scorpion's question, he was deep in thought. Something was wrong with fumes dispersing. It would not have been that quick...He analysed the direction of the wind, where the voice came from, the posters flapping...And he threw a conrod covered in his blood, which still was in his hand. The conrod has teared through the Hoischen Instruments poster, hit Jon Irenicus behind the poster, broke his nose, and revealed an entrance to the secret tunnel. Both Scorpion and Gordon realised they were weakened after their fight, and them teaming up temporarily was the only possible way to survive encounter with the wizard. The Mortal Kombatant fired his kunai on a rope, piercing Jon's chest.
-GET OVER HERE! - and he dragged him into the room
-Mere mortals...You don't realise your only purpose in this world is getting slaughtered by me.
Aya Brea was fighting with Paine in meantime. Aya was trying to finish the fight quickly, and just decided to conflagrate her foe. The radioactive isotopes were all ready to destroy Paine on molecular level, but...they could not. Paine had her Omniguard, and not even the threat from the inside could do anything about that... Oh well! Paine closed in and started slashing Aya. She however soon started parrying the blows with a club. She then forced her mitochondria to cast a plasma blast that knocked Paine away. This, this was time for a dressphere change, or whatever they are called.
-Time...to go full throttle on you... - Paine muttered, as she got herself changed into a suit housing the soul of a legendary warrior, with some awesome wings sprouting out. Of course, Aya Brea tried to shoot Paine during the change, but apparently the sphere change could be used to defend against enemy attack. Ah, that game logic.
Immediately, Paine closed in onto Aya again and spammed some quick slashes. Aya had to react quickly. She had her reflexes, and she could parry some of the blows, but the club was about to give away soon. She used her parasite energy again, and paralysed Paine with Apobiosis. She backed off a little, and immediately began "sucking up the Earth's magnetism", which apparently created some sort of shield aroud Aya. Paine however did not stay paralysed for more than half a second, due to a ribbon in her possession. She closed in again... And could not attack. In fact, she could not even move. Seeing that Brea's shield is magnetic in nature, it kinda affected Full Throttle's metal wings of blades.
-It was a good fight ya know? I really want to fight again - Aya's words have made Paine feel warm inside. Wait a moment, I need to correct some information. They did not make her feel warm, but very, very hot. And these were not Aya's words that had that effect, but her Combustion ability thingy. Paine has burned to the crisp in no time.
-Too bad I really have no time for a rematch.
FOURTH DEATH - Paine
-Wow, she was hot before, but now she's EVEN HOTTER! - Killrob commented.
Spyro has noticed a figure aiming a gun at him. He run towards the nearest gate and gained something that seemed perfect for this sort of a problem - a Supercharge powerup. He run up to Marcus with so much speed, that even though Marcus did open fire, he did not hit Spyro with any of the bullets. Then the dragon slammed into the apartment block. Ya know, it was one of those Large Panel System buildings, so popular in USSR, and its satellite states back in the glorious communist days, also known as Plattenbauten in German and Khrushchyovkas in Russian, and since this one was old, sloppily constructed, and in fact, they are quite ugly and I'd like to have them gone, the balcony Marcus was standing on began to crumble. Marcus was just quick enough to leave the balcony, before it separated from the building and fell down. He had to leave this place, it was going to fall apart soon. When he left the building (Marcus is the new Elvis!), he managed to shoot Spyro once before he rammed Marcus, and caused him to fall and drop his weapon. Marcus than has pulled a knife out and attempted to strike Spyro, but he has collected the Ice Breath powerup and frozen Marcus solid...
FIF... - wait...
In real life, Marcus Michael Fenix would be dead, but it's video game logic, so it only has immobilised him. Spyro took the opportunity to charge into Marcus two times. It did not do much damage actually, but it has stripped some of his armor, ya know. The third time however, Marcus thawed out and drove his knife into Spyro's chest. Spyro fliched in pain, but was not dead. In fact, he carried on, with a knife sticking out of his body. He charged into Marcus once more, causing him to trip, just when he was running to retrieve his rifle. Spyro then prepared a huge fire blast, that would pretty much incinerated his foe. And when he finally blasted the fire... One of these large panels fell off the building, and digged itself into the soil, right between Marcus and Spyro, acting as a barrier protecting against the attack. Marcus has then retrieved his rifle and shot Spyro several times. He was still alive, but then Marcus has thrown a Bolo Grenade straight inside Spyro's mouth (as he was groaning in pain). The grenade has exploded, obliterating the dragon.
FIFTH DEATH - Spyro
-This fight's awesomeness blows my mind. And I guess it blows Spyro's mind as well...
Marcus has then retrieved his knife and went looking for a new spot, since this one was going to turn into a pile of rubble very soon.
