The door handles reminds me a Lanca Beta/Gamma... but I didn't find other similarities.

The Handles are similar, but you're right, it's no Lancia Beta

Are they British Leyland handles? :P Or do they belong to a BL product rather. I'm gonna jump in and guess it's a 3-door Austin Allegro?
