I agree with Kurt Cobain's response. That cover should only bother people who have personal issues with it.
I just find it (and all children) disgusting. That's hardly a reason to ban it.

I find some bands' misogynistic lyrics much more offensive than that cover.

In general though, I believe people are offended much too easily, and hand out laws and bans much too light handedly.

Hey Francis... take a look at a certain genre of anime porn... you'll have a field day with that if you wanted a bloody CD cover banned, lol.
