Hi,

suddenly i can't start my Game. It shows the warning: no active key found!

I ordered a new password from the account but it still doesn't work.

What can i do?

Have you converted your key to Steam? If yes, I believe the standalone launcher won't work with your game key anymore and you have to start the game via Steam.

I always start the game without steam. Why i have to start the game with steam now?

You don't have to, if you have not converted the key. So the solution must be something else. Could you please check here if your key is activated (i.e. if there is "This is your active key" somewhere)? If it is activated it probably can only be an incorrect password.

I think i converted the key. In Steam the game is working now.
