Felgen LUA issue.

I know I have posted on the other two threads about this, but this a bit different and I don't know how to deal with it. In the brief time that the popup mod was in the workshop I subscribed to it. Here is the problem, the mod is no longer in the workshop, but is still causing the game to crash on start up. I have deleted and reinstallEd the game twice, and on the second time I also reinstalled my steam client. Oh, also after each change I restarted my computer. Still getting the proverbial shaft here. If anyone is able to let me know what anyone is doing to fix these issues it would be much appreciated.

Re: Felgen LUA issue.

Same issue here. ---------------------------
The Goggles, they do nothin'!
---------------------------
Fatal error while loading init.lua: [string "--shared\functional\LuaHelperFunctions.lua..."]:47: cannot open ./GameData/487971630_felgenPopup/carparts/Vents/popup/parts.lua: No such file or directory

---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
What's odd is even after deleting the offending folder while disconnected from internet it still manages to restore its self from somewhere.

Aha if you look under SteamApps/workshop it seems to be keeping an archive there. Clearing that solved let game start though all mods dissapeared.

Might have to restart steam a few times to get it to redownload.

Scratch that upon redownloading it also downloaded the popup lights again. Appears it is somehow still subscribed to it even though it technically doesn't exist.

Right possible fix. Open up appworkshop_293760.acf in Notepad++ or similar and look for a section headed "487971630" delete just that section the go to SteamLibrary\SteamApps\workshop\content\293760 and delete the folder 487971630. Then got to your automation gamedata folder and delete the 487971630_felgenPopup.

Should work after that but feedback appreciated

Re: Felgen LUA issue.

I deleted the entire log and I was able to get it to boot up, but if it comes back like it probably will I will be SOL. I think this log is some how kept on the steam server and is redownloaded.

Yeah i'm wondering a similar thing if somehow it isn't cleared on their servers. Is holding up for me after several restarts though.

Re: Felgen LUA issue.

You can copy any .lua file into the specified directory; the game will then work, but do not click the pop-up headlight icon on the styling tab or the game will crash.

Re: Felgen LUA issue.

I think I may have spoken too soon, because deleting the directory has held up for now as well.

Re: Felgen LUA issue.

Put any lua file from any vent fixture, and you can enter in Automation normally.

Is a temporal solution.

I deleted 4 times the file, but Steam redownload automatically this file.

Re: Felgen LUA issue.

The popup headlights still don't work. I don't know if reinstalling the game again would help, but now after the newly uploaded mods the game will still crash if I click the popup light icon.
