Fatal Error While Loading

I always get this error when I start the game. I suspected it had something to do with trying to load a save that had parts that I did not have installed in it, but when I deleted my save the error still happened. I have completly deleted all file associated with the game, both in the mygames folder and the Steam folder three times, and still this error occurs. The strange thing is you already did the things that should help. It still tries to load in an asset that doesn't exist anymore though, so what happens if you move your entire C:\Users\Robert\Documents\My Games\Automation folder and then start the game?
