Problem with Microsoft .NET Framework. (Steam Version)

I'm having problems starting the game from Steam.

Thank you for the link but the suggestion of the developer did not work for me. :/

So how did it not work?
After you (re-)installed the required version of DirectX, do you get the same error still?

Yeah nothing worked for me but when I downloaded the manual version it work perfectly. You think that I can activate it with a steam key if there is any?

The Game worked after I deleted local files and re-downloaded it.
