Playing Offline - 150328 - Invalid Login?

Hi, since updating to the latest version, 150328, the game no longer lets me play offline like I used to be able to with the previous versions, I do not have full time internet access like I used to and download the updates and install them on both my Laptop and Desktop, now after this update the Desktop (that gets no Internet access at all anymore) does not even register my account, and the laptop only lets me play when I am somewhere that has an internet connection, and when I am offline/at home it wont play at all in Full Version mode and says 'Invalid Login' and limits me to only being able to play the new scenarios and make 4cyl engines.

Help is appreciated.... mind you it might be a few days before I get the chance to read any of it.
