Scenario: Tutorial Bargain Booster

I meet the conditions but the economy condition is still red. Also, the engine size is locked and is red. See pic.

If you click on the statistics button, you should see "real" economy stat there. It doesn't match the stat on the turbo graph, but that would explain why it appears you've won, when you haven't. I got gold.

I dont think that is a bug, the graph shows you the lowest fuel usage on a graph that shows the usage over your RPM range, the statistic economy stat is probably taking the number from the peak power part. I could be wrong but that is why others or some devs could chime in

There is a bug in there: the scale at the side seems to be for g/kWh.
The economy rating is the average economy in the 1500-2500 RPM interval, so it must be higher than any low-point in that region
