Problems with induction systems

Hello I'm currently tinkering with engines and with the 4 cylinder i find that when I get to the turbocharger section both turbocharged and naturaly asperated options are grayed out and I can't chose either one...is this a bug or am I not doing something right? I didn't have that problem last night when messing with the V8s....

Re: Problems with induction systems

Make sure you selected a option for both vvt and vvl you do have to click NONE. I forget that sometimes still.

Re: Problems with induction systems

A section is usually greyed out if you've failed to choose everything on the previous page, that's most likely what's happened here.

Re: Problems with induction systems

I was building a car from the early 70s so vvt wasn't an option. still don't have that problem with the v8s...will check again after I get done tinkering with this engine

Re: Problems with induction systems

You still have to choose "None", even if it isn't an option.
