Issue with installing B1415

Every time I download and install B1415 it tells me there's a new version in the launcher. Downloaded it about 5 times now just to be sure it's not corrupt and it just keeps telling me I need to update every time I install. Also when I click download now it tells me that I've already downloaded and to run the installer again, which leads me back to the new build version issue again.
It's a fresh install on a fresh laptop if that makes any difference
