Saved engines/cars format changed?

Hi, recently blew the dust off this to catch up with the latest updates and all. Patched up, game working fine, realised I was missing my saved stuff.

Went and grabbed the automation folder from my old 'my docs' location and pasted it on top - restarted the game, no engines! Any new ones I create seem fine but the old ones just don't seem to show in game?

So has the format changed, or something else I need to know about? Was there a savegame upgrade as a part of one of the recent patches that got missed on mine because I moved the saved engines over after patching?

Hi, what version of Automation were you previously using? If you do not know this, when was the last time you updated the game?

Engines from versions prior to B1323 aren't compatible in the current version I believe. You've gotta start from scratch buddy! :(

Not necessarily...

If you have engines from Build 1198 (you can check the build number in the engine's .lua file), you can change that number to 1360 (or 1323 for that matter), it will function correctly. I don't know if that trick will work with prior builds.

Also, no cars or platforms from any previous builds are compatible with the current build of the game. So those cannot be recovered :(.
