Do you get any sort of error message?

Also what version of Windows are you running? The most recent public update doesn't seem to like Windows XP 64 very much :P.

After the crash, can you post the log.txt and the KeeEngineLog.txt? Both are found in Documents/Automation.

I'm running Vista Business X64. A white box appears that states program has stopped working and windows is looking for a solution.

Does it happen when you try to make a new model from the same platform? Or does it happen regardless of platform?

Maybe try deleting all your platforms from the Documents/Automation folder.

It happens regardless of platform. I even deleted my platforms and created a new one and it still does it.

Hmmm, that sounds weird indeed.

I can't really think of anything you could do besides uploading your log files, and maybe letting us know exactly what you do when the problem occurs. Perhaps upload one of your platforms so we can test it and see if it causes a crash.

If nothing works, maybe try a fresh install?

Does it freeze if you revise the platform?

Also if you can attach to a post your log.txt and keenginelog.txt found in My Documents\Automation

I don't even know how Automation is even working at all for you, seeing that DxDiag is not even reporting what graphics card your computer has.

When you open the launcher, does it give a warning that your graphics device may not support Pixel Shader 3.0?

I get no warning about graphics and pixel shader 3.0, but I do get a message about my resolution being 1280 X 720.
I added a updated DxDiag that list graphics card information.
