Graphic Issue

I have a problem on my computer, which is an 2008 HP Pavillion, the finest[of it's time], and i tried the game as a demo, everything was fine, but when i do the body otr the engine of the car, or even the chassis, it's showing all this lines, and 2D rectangles that stretch out forever, and I want to have the problem solved. If the support team is seeing this, here is proof and mostly explanatory evidence. If they fix it, i could then buy the game with my mother's permission.

I've never seen that before! Say... in your ATI Mobility Radeon 4650's settings, are you running...

Standard Settings >>> Balanced
Catalyst A.I. >>> Standard
Mipmap detail level >>> High Quality

You should be able to access this very easily on the system icon tray with right-clicking the icon that looks like a red sphere connected to 4 grey spheres (highlighted over reads as (for me) Color:32 Bpp, 1366x768, Landscape).

If that doesn't help... well, that's just weird because I have an HP Pavilion also from 2008. Totally stock too, so it's still running Windows 7 Home Premium, AMD's ATI Mobility Radeon 4650, and intel's Core 2 Duo.

It's happened on my friend's compute, I exited and closed out of all other programs, not sure if it was a ram thing or just restarting but it went away when I went back in.
