I cant play

Hey Guys,
Today I bought this game
I'm registered in forum and I activated a game by my game key
but I can't login to the game
I have "Your username was not found"
Someone know what I should to do?

Please check if you spelled your username correctly. It's the same as your forum name and letters are case-sensitive.

No it isn't it
Now i discovered that this problem is only on my IP or internet settings.
Because Now i cant
login on forum too
But on internet 3G (not WiFi) i can login normaly
Do you have any idea
