That doesn't really help without knowing when it came up (what were you doing, had you just clicked on anything for example?)

If we could get a bit more detail about the problem we can work out what's going on here

if i remember i was either selecting gear ratios or spacing also a car i made the tires kept on blowing no matter how strong i made them

The blowing tires stuff sounds weird. Please attach the model you were building if you run into it again.

Something is really weird here. Light car, not too crappy tires, but they blow up. And still the test results are shown (basically it shows old test results when tires did not blow up). I see one thing, which is a bit off: Weight distribution. Try to change it a bit so that it is closer to 60:40. Does that solve the blown tire problem? It already is not a heavy load on the front axle, but maybe thats the cause of the trouble.

I tried recreating the car myself and I have no problems until a car weight of ~1800 kg.

If you have the model saved, please attach it to your next post so that we can take a closer look.

I found out it comes up sometimes when im trying to choose a gearbox thats the main time it happens
