Game Causes Entire Computer Crash

So this is weird... I was playing the Demo version without issue. Loved the game enough that I bought it! Started playing, created an engine, then started making a new platform. Once I tried adding headlights, my entire computer was forced into a restart. I assumed something was running in the background, so I tried again with the exact same force restart but this time when I was selecting a body style.

Anybody have any tips or fixes? Or has anybody even had the same issues as I am having?

Hopefully someone can help, I'm still exploring the newly unlocked premium features! Thanks in advance.

Was there any error message? If it just hangs there or bluescreens, that could be due to overheating too? In that case you could try lower graphics settings, windowed mode with lower resolution.

As Rob said, maybe your computer is using excessive force to run the game. Find a way to know if it is overheating. Cleaning its parts maybe could help too.
