No idea how to log into the game

I downloaded the demo, loved it, bought the game, got my key, created my username and password, tried to use my username and password for the game, says username not found. I have no clue what I'm doing. The username/password for the game the same as it is to log in here right?

Make sure the username is in the same case as your forum username. (as in make sure it's a capital "M" in Mangosmoothie)

Not entirely! Case sensitive usernames are pretty rare, it's just an annoying side effect of how our login system works
