Supercharged edition question

Hi everybody, after downloading the demo and playing around with it, i gave it some thought and decided to get myself the Turbocharged edition of the game, i was really happy about it until i went into the engine manager to check out the newly unlocked V16, problem is, it's not there, is this a bug or... ?

In your list of features, two of them (Making of Automation Book and V16s) have a little note next to them that say you will receive them when completed. They haven't been made yet, you'll get them when they are.
