Game Crashes with D3D ERROR: D3DERR_OUTOFVIDEOMEMORY

Hi Guys,

Curious thing, ever since updating to the latest patch my game will crash no matter what settings I use when launching the game. I have restarted my machine just in case there was something lingering that meant that memory was failing to be reallocated.

Pre-patch was able to play the game on maxed out settings. Only recent change has been the addition of the STX as no longer utilizing HDMI to amp.

Ive attached the KeeEngineLog.txt and dxdiag for your perusal.

What Ive Done:
- Renamed my AutomationGame folder to AutomationGame.Old
- Restarted Computer
- Tried without SSAO, FXAA and lowest Quality Possible.
- Repaired C++ Run time
- Updated Drivers to latest version
- Checked for Directx updates.

A very simple thing that could have happened is that your install was corrupted in some way during the patching? Have you tried reinstalling the game? You may still have the recent installer in your Documents/Automation/Installers folder. I'd redownload the patch that may have caused the issues though. Sounds like a stupid thing to do regarding the specific error message you got, but you never know. ;-(

Tried using the patches in the Installers folder just then but, as Ive had the client since the beginning of time there all incremental patches.

Downloading the B1106 Installer and Launcher Setup now.

EDIT: And thanks KillRob.

Redownloaded launcher + game and then redownloaded patch.

Same problem :(
