preorder failed checkout?

I just tried to preorder through paypal and it said express checkout failed and to email you so i did?

I am having the same issue. I have tried two times now and still the same error. Could someone please help us?

that error happens at the paypal end, either due to incorrect payment details or no money available. you'll need to check your paypal account

Ok, just tried it again not using smart connect and it worked.
