How to play full game

I down loaded the demo some time ago, Iv now pre ordered & activated the code, but how do I play the full game ? do I need to download something else?

You need to press "Play Game" rather than "Play Demo"

I've ever understood that...
I don't have access to multiplayer and carrer parts of the game after purchasing the full game

No one has, the game is not even close to being done. What you are playing is an early milestone release and your preorder gives you access to all parts done.
