can not conect to the server

yesterday i got my computer, the computer got Windows 8.
I try to turn al the fire wall settings off.
but when i start the game. it says can not conect to the server. I can only play the demo
once my computer conected to det server after the install. the game downloadet 550mb i think. but after that i cant get it to work.
I try the game on the older computer at work. i det game work fin.
My user name and mye password work just fine.
