Hi there

when i try to Pre-Order the game using paypal it tells me that paypal is unable to do this at this time, does the same when i try to use a credit card.

any idea on how i can pay and recieve my key?

I'm having the same problem. I even tried to set up a new account.

I'll check with Zeussy, but both of those look like either a problem at Paypal's end or a problem with your Paypal account. Maybe just login to Paypal/your internet banking and confirm the details are all correct?

Thanks. I figured it would've been a PayPal issue, but I wasn't sure how else I could preorder. Therefore, I looked towards the forum!

I checked my account the first time I got this issue, and sure enough my card had not been authorized yet. However, it is still doing it, even after authorizing it. I've used PayPal for things like this before, so I couldn't imagine it being my card...

EDIT: I figured it out. PayPal has a way of hiding the fact that your account is limited. I have to verify my identity. I will do this and preorder soon!
