Game crashes after clicking "Play Demo"

Not really sure what's up, can anyone help?

Hi compost,
does this happen as soon as you click on Play Demo? Or does it happen a little later? What is the sequence of events?
Click Play Demo,
Splash Screen appears (smaller rectangle, with Automation and some other company logo's)
Bigger Window appears, with a picture of an Inline 6 crank, progressively builds up and then crashes?

I log in, click play demo, then it appears to be loading up but then it comes up with the screenshot from earlier

Does the launcher give warnings that your graphics card may not be compatable (Does not support PIxel Shader 3.0)
Could I get a dxdiag text file from you ( Windows Key + R, dxdiag, Save all Information) and send it to
caswal@camshaftsoftware.com

Has anything been found to fix this? i just purchased the NA version and it does the exact same thing =/
