When you choose the option "Bypass Valves" in mufflers bypass, the game crashes when you test the engine.

Does this beta update give me full access to the i6, V6, etc? Whenever I try to play it only gives me access to the I4.

Re: Open Beta (B1352+) Bug Reporting Thread

When it use VVT on my engines and press start the game freezes and crashes without a error code. So I'm making some older models like 1979. My newer 2012 plus models use a new motor that has VVT/ and VVL I made a 3.7L Inline 6 Turbo that gets 41% efficiency now I'm bashing a diesel!!!

Problems I have noticed
-VVL freezing upon starting the motor no error codes, VVT works fine
-I have to make all new engines because the other ones are all red like they won't fit the cars, I heard that if I resave them they will work
-I made a 1979 sports car with a 4.5L V8 upon test track testing it freezes and exits the window with no error codes, but a 1940 car with a v8 works?

However this patch is the most buggiest ever still a great job guys, I would love to be CEO of SAAB and rebuild the car company one day!!!

Re: Open Beta (B1352+) Bug Reporting Thread

Yep, confirmed that the VVL error from page 1 and the post above me still happens even after a clean re-install.

Something inside the Scripts folder but it's too long for the directory to be fully shown.

Re: Open Beta (B1352+) Bug Reporting Thread

The only error (so far) that I have received, was when I had attempted to use the Airfield Track at the time (which is the same error message that everyone has mentioned), it had made the game unplayable.
(I had deleted all of the engines and body designs that had already been built shortly before - Just to be on the safe side).
Since that error, I have not had another error messages.

I have noticed that a few of the car bodies can me moved around to the point, where they develop large deformities in them. (I will post pics of them when I get more time to).
One thing I would like to mention is that with some of the newer cars having turn indicators on the mirrors. This can be duplicated in the game. However, when (and where) the turn indicator is moved from - to the mirror will leave a hold permanently punched into the body of the car, instead of removing the punched hole when the indicator(s) are moved to the mirror. (I'm not sure if that is a bug, or not just wanted to mention it).

Did you delete everything out of the documents folder for automation?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game in the default location but I keep getting the same message. I had the same problem with the last update as well so I just waited for the auto update and that worked.

Stupid Question: Do you have the actual Launcher of the game installed? The correct process is a) install launcher (download from user control panel) and then b) install base version (either B1323 or today the full installer for B1353) to then c) patch the game.

If by the launcher you mean this, then you I do have it installed. I tried another fresh install but it is still not working for me.

Of course, I deleted everything and started all over again.

Also, for some reason I'm not getting the Airfield test track error that everyone's getting either...

EDIT: Seems like the problem is now fixed, I cleanly re-installed the stock launcher and then installed the open beta update manually this time. Maybe the the torrent I downloaded wasn't complete or some parts were lost.
