Freezing Before Rocker Case

I have posted about this before but it is getting very annoying now. Every time I launch the game after power off or sleeping the game loads as normal until it reaches just before the red rocker case shows. I have left the game running for an hour but still no luck. I have run as admin and compatibility mode. I can only launch the game successfully if I reinstall. Also I noticed just before the freeze my HDD activity LED on the front of my case is solid on, but returns to normal after closing the game through task manager. I have ran this and multiple machines one AMD based and the other Intel from intergrated graphics to my personal Nvidia 660.
