Where in the timeline is the Forced Induction revamp?

Hey Guys,

Pretty much as the topic says, where abouts does the FI revamp fall on the timeline? I would assume after the tycoon gets implemented? and perhaps its rolled into the proposed engine designer changes? I did not get a chance to watch all 45 minutes for forgive me if it was mentioned in there.

Yes, after the tycoon is mostly done. The engine designer changes probably make it into the game before with the switch to Unreal Engine 4.
