I skipped through some of the tutorials, but the '?' button isn't on all screens which means not all tutorials are viewable again. Is there a way to reset the tutorials so they play again?

From the main menu you can access all of them via the tutorials button. Also I think you can delete the tutorialSettings.lua in your Documents\My Games\Automation folder to reset them.
