Header Quality?

Can we get the quality slider in the Exhaust part of the engine designer to effect the headers as well? Currently it can get more power out of a smaller exhaust, but does not affect the power that headers allow.

Huh! I thought they did that... but I just checked and that's not in effect. So yeah, what you say is exactly what is supposed to happen.
