I had to download a new version and patch since April 9th, but the launcher doesn't have anything new since the 9th? What was improved?

There has not been any public update since the 9th of April, we are working on new things in the closed beta currently. To see what is going on, I recommend following our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/AutomationGame. A new Little Dev Update should be out today or tomorrow.

That's odd, I wonder why it has said there was a new version asking for a patch. :Shrug:

There was a mini-update to the launch process, nothing changed in the game though
