This should preferably be in the 3d Artists Modding Forum.
As for your question, the answer is no, as the exporter only works with 2010, 2012 and 2013.

sorry i was unsure which one to put it in and
would you mind giving me a link to where i could buy the 2013 verson or download the free trial?

You can get a
student version for free, just remember that you need the 32 bit 2013 version.

it only gives me the option of 2014 and up
