edit reflection texture in console?

after i have removed buildings to get black background in the console, is it possible to change the car body reflection ?, som kinda command to select another picture as texture or something ?

In the steam version you can set the cars paint effectiveness.

That's not what he asks for. He asks for a possibility to change what is reflected in the car paint (to change the reflectioncubemap.)
