I must agree with Pleb here. According to this being the most crucial element of the game (it's a tycoon game after all) you can expect the tycoon part to be beta public released in a year from now.

Posted: Fri Dec 12, 2014 12:34 amLike the other major parts of the game, we will release the tycoon part in bits as development goes on. So you will be able to see the first tycoon elements appear in less than a year, but the full, balanced campaign is still quite far off.
