when will be added the campaign in the game?

When it's finished, sometime after the steam release. It will probably be several more months until we see a beta of it

More like a year from now I'm afraid, work won't even start on the tycoon mode until at least February. Hang tight!

I must agree with Pleb here. According to this being the most crucial element of the game (it's a tycoon game after all) you can expect the tycoon part to be beta public released in a year from now.

Like the other major parts of the game, we will release the tycoon part in bits as development goes on. So you will be able to see the first tycoon elements appear in less than a year, but the full, balanced campaign is still quite far off.
