Loading Engines into Designs

I just bought the game and love it, but I have a question. This may be a simple thing, but is there a way to load engines I designed into cars I designed to save time?

Sorry if that didn't make sense.

I have a car design I made at one time and an engine I designed for a different car. Is there anyway to take that second engine and put it in the first car?

I think I know what you mean, and yes, it's quite simple.
1) Design your car with fixtures and such, then skip the "engine" tab along the bottom and go straight to "trim".
2) Once in the trim tab, you'll find yourself in the engine section. On the far right, press "choose engine".
3) Find your engine in the list, right click once and press "choose engine".
And you're done!
