upcoming test track update

so what sprung into my mind, almost all big manufacturers have their test tracks and test teams..
in the carrier mode - financing your test team, the more you finance it, the better the actual car will be in the end, like getting out all of the kinks in the suspension for instance, so it is perfectly drivable in pretty much any conditions (not speaking of extremes)

I could be wrong, but I believe that this is the whole point of the quality sliders.

by that i mean - your factory test team will be as good as it has resources/time to train and get better, as in, they'll crash/roll/whatever the cars they are given to test if they don't get enough funding and won't be able to point out crucial details before putting the car to production, because they simply lack experience/training in doing so
it won't be very interesting if it always gives you perfect results

You will very probably give your designs to your engineering team. They will refine your designs and get a bonus in some stats out of the engine/car, depending on your engineering budget.
